Personal data from scholarship applications is processed for compliance with legal obligations.
Categories of Personal Data
Data includes name, address, social security number, contact details, bank details, CV, profession, and other information.
Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data may be shared with SEB for administrative tasks such as accounting and scholarship payments.
Security Scanning
Uploaded application documents are scanned for malware by Cloudmersive using its European Union endpoint before they become available to reviewers. The scanner is configured for transient processing and rejected documents are removed from application storage.
Anonymous Website Analytics
With your statistics consent, we record anonymous page paths and application-form progress in our private administration database. We do not record form contents, names, email addresses, filenames, IP addresses, or persistent visitor identifiers, and session recording is not used. Analytics events are used only to improve the website and application process and are automatically removed after fourteen months.
Personal Data Storage
Data is stored as long as necessary to meet legal requirements, securely in services like iDrive.
Messages submitted through the Contact Us form are stored securely so that we can respond and maintain an appropriate correspondence record. Delivered contact messages are automatically deleted after 24 months; messages with unresolved delivery errors are retained until the issue is resolved.
